Customers can inspect any fish or vegetable item upon delivery. If quality does not meet satisfaction, instant refund is granted on the spot.
3. Dawn JIT Procurement
Morning fresh orders are procured directly from river ghâts at dawn (06:00 AM) and delivered by 10:00 AM.

Transparent, competitive daily market pricing for Rohu, Katla, Ilish, local vegetables, and branded pantry groceries.
1. Serviceability & Delivery Zones
BiftoBazar currently operates within designated wards and residential areas in Gangarampur (Ward 1 to Ward 15, Bazar Para, College More, Durgabari, Hospital Road, Station Road). Orders placed outside our active geofenced delivery radius cannot be fulfilled until regional expansion.
2. Live Scale Weighing & Billing Adjustments
Due to natural biological variations in whole river fish and seasonal produce, the checkout bill provides an estimated total based on wholesale rates. The finalized bill is calibrated on our digital scale at our local hub before morning dispatch, and any difference is credited back or reconciled transparently.
3. Doorstep Inspection & Returns
