1. Fresh Fish & Perishable Produce Guarantee
Due to the perishable nature of fresh river fish (রুই, কাতলা, ইলিশ) and leafy farm vegetables, returns are accepted directly at the time of delivery handover. Our delivery partner will wait while you inspect the descaled catch and produce. If you decline the item due to freshness or quality issues, you will not be charged, or an immediate 100% refund will be issued.
2. Digital Scale Weight Reconciliation & Excess Charging
Prices shown at checkout for whole river fish and seasonal vegetables are based on estimated wholesale rates. When our hub staff places your catch on the certified digital weighing scale at 06:00 AM:
- If actual weight is lower: The difference is automatically credited to your Bifto Wallet or refunded to your source account.
- If actual weight is marginally higher: The adjusted total is transparently itemized on your delivery invoice without arbitrary markups.
3. Packaged Groceries, Cooking Oils & Daily Staples
For sealed packaged groceries (Mustard Oil, Spices, Dairy, Flours, Pulses), returns and replacements are accepted within 24 hours of delivery in case of:
- Damaged packaging or leakage during transit.
- Expired or nearing-expiry items.
- Incorrect item dispatched compared to order summary.
